By using our services you accept the following terms & conditions:
Drop off & Collection
Dogs must arrive on a lead and correctly fitting collar/harness.
No dogs will be accepted outside of our opening hours.
No refund will be given in the event of dogs being collected earlier than the end of the booking without prior notice.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit being paid.
Full payment is due at the time of check out at the end of your dog’s stay.
Payment is accepted by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Please note we do not accept American Express or cheque.
Vaccinations
We require proof of your dog’s vaccinations and need to see this yearly to keep our records up to date.
No dogs will be accepted without relevant vaccinations including kennel cough.
The kennel cough vaccine must have been administered at least two weeks prior to the booking commencing.
You accept that despite the Kennel Cough vaccine, dogs can still contract Kennel Cough and Dunham Barks accepts no liability for any veterinary fees associated with this.
Health, Injury & Illness
All pre-existing medical conditions must be declared on your dog’s registration form and at check-in.
Any dog deemed in an unfit condition for boarding will be turned away and your deposit will not be refunded.
If we have any concerns regarding the health of your dog you will be contacted in the first instance. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, we will follow the advice of your veterinary surgeon or another appointed vet.
If we are unable to get to your Vet Practice then we will use a local branch of The Willows Veterinary Group.
We do not accept any liability for veterinary fees associated with illness and injury whilst your dog is boarding with us.
We recommend that all dogs are insured for veterinary fees.
Exercise
New dogs will be introduced to our secure field on the lead and kept on a long line whilst we assess their behaviour and recall. Any dogs that attempts to escape will be kept on the lead at all times.
Any dog deemed aggressive or unruly will not be exercised and you/your emergency contact will be informed. You can then make a decision if you would like the dog to stay or be collected, full payment for the booking will be required and no refund will be given.
Dogs will be walked on fields and during wetter months are likely to get muddy and dirty, you accept they may need bathing when you take them home. Alternatively, we offer a bathing service on the day of departure.
In adverse weather such as heavy rain or snow, dogs may be walked on the lanes surrounding the farm.
You accept that there is a small risk of your dog becoming injured during exercise sessions, this will be dealt with as stated above.
Feeding
You must provide enough of your dog’s normal food for their stay.
We provide a small range of basic wet and dry foods for dogs that aren't fussy or sensitive to dietary changes.
We ask that you provide information regarding food allergies or intolerances on your registration form and at check in.
Photos & Social Media
We have a closed Facebook group for owners which will be updated as often as possible, only registered customers will have access to this page. Here we will use pictures and videos of your dog and may provide their name. No other information will be shared.
We may use your dog’s picture on our Instagram page and other social media , if you do not want this then you may opt out on our registration form.
Personal Information
We will hold your personal information such as name, address and telephone number on our password protected system - Revelation Pets. This information will not be shared with any third party.
